Why are there no different colors?
Due to the integrated powder cushion, the fine powder particles are applied so evenly that no white spots are created, as is often the case with conventional dry shampoos. Accordingly, the Root Refresh Stick is suitable for any hair color.
No powder comes out of my powder pad, how can I solve this?
Check whether the safety plate is still in place in the can. Unscrew the can before first use. By gently shaking the integrated powder pad, the powder particles are released more easily and you can distribute the product evenly.
